It is on this oceanic land, located between St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables d’Olonne between sand and rock, that Josette and Jean-Marc Perochon welcome you to their starred restaurant in the Vendée, a true haven of peace and well-being.
Starred since 2014, the result of a passion for beautiful products and meticulous attention to detail, the restaurant Les Brisants in Brétignolles sur mer embraces you for a culinary experience that you will not forget.
A new sheltered terrace has been erected to make the most of our oceanfront location.
The Restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday (Except bridge and public holidays)

Our menu
Having in mind to stimulate the taste buds of the most refined gourmands, our menu will embark you for a culinary treat of extraordinary flavours.
Michelin starred menu will be difficult to decide between.
The chef
Native from a small village in south of Vendée (Curzon) he has not forgotten his origin and the terroir to which he is particularly attached.
His grandparents were small farmers, and through them he has acquired a distinction in a taste for natural products cultivated with love.
