It’s on this ocean shore, located between St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables d’Olonne, in between sands and rocks that Josette and Jean Marc welcome you to their one star restaurant by the sea, a true haven of peace and well-being.
Awarded a Michelin Star in 2014, in recognition for his passion for quality and natural products, a meticulous attention to every details and a concept in the art of French cuisine. Les Brisants Restaurant in Bretignolles sur-mer takes you on a culinary experience that you are not going to forget.
The establishment is closed from 12 November to 11 December inclusive.
The Chef
In the kitchen since the age of 17, Jean-Marc Perochon, Michelin starred Chef has a passion for excellent products especially for his beautiful Vendée. He finds his inspiration from the ocean with which he has grown up, but also in this terroir, the products of profound nature which he adores making the best use of it.
