The JM Perochon restaurant welcomes Maison Ardévins for an evening dedicated to sharing, discovery, and elegance.

A young wine merchant and producer, founded in 2017 by brothers Théo and Paul, along with their father Alain, Ardévins draws its inspiration from the heart of the Northern Rhône Valley, with its winemaking facilities located in Saint-Péray, an emblematic terroir of the region.

These wines, both surprising and expressive, will be showcased by a gastronomic menu created by the chef, offering subtle pairings for a harmonious encounter between oenology and haute cuisine.
