Pricing Conditions
Half board: 43 Euros per child under 12 staying in the same room as the parents
Breakfast: 10 €
Animals in the bedrooms: 8 €
Additional bed: 15 €
Taxe de séjour from 01-06 to 30-09 : 0.55 € per night
Internet connection: free

General Conditions:
Deposit : Reservations are considered as firm only when accompanied by a deposit, which is deductible from your bill at the end of your stay. The value of deposit required is as follows:
· The cost of 2 nights, for a stay of 4 or more days
· The cost of 1 night, for a stay of 3 or less days
· For cancellation more than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
· Under 21 days before the date of arrival the deposit will be retained.
· For credit card guarantees a payment of 20.00 € will be taken in case of cancellation.
·
Non arrival at the hotel: the hotel undertakes to keep the clients room available until the morning following the date of arrival. The client agrees that his credit / debit card will be automatically debited for the price of the room if he does not come, and if he does not cancel before 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.

Shortened stay: for any shortened stay not notified the day before departure, the value of one nights stay will be billed by the hotel as compensation.

Arrival time: All reservations will be held until 18:00 hrs. Please advise us in case of late arrival.

Arrival: We will do everything possible to ensure that your room is ready as soon as possible, however it will probably not be available before 13:00 hrs.

Departure : We require you to vacate the room before 12:00 hrs.

Half-Board: The half-board tarif is a non-divisible rate which includes accommodation, breakfast and evening meal.
